Most 'show us your...' threads are all about the latest shiny that you've bought (or not :okay:), so this one is for those bits of kit that should have been binned, maintained or at least cleaned, but haven't. Only condition is that whatever you post should still be in regular use. I dedicate this thread to the Canyon mechanic who has just mildly rebuked me for the state of my drivetrain.

Here's mine for starters - Elite Rollers. Made from crushed Lancia Deltas, these rollers are my go-to device for some knee and weather friendly de-stressing. They could only dissolve more quickly if they'd been made of sugar. I'll use them until they snap (in about 6 months then).

And one for the connoisseur, the rear derailleur from my old faithful. The is before I went out this morning.

That rear derailleur pic should have a 18 certificate. Pure porn...

So, apart from HarryTheDog, who outputs so much power that he can melt glue and Roadkill, who needs to buy some Pledge, everyone is riding about on immaculately maintained, mint-condition steeds?

I'd at least hoped for a saddle made of gaffer tape or cleats so worn they need an angle grinder to remove.

Unfortunately I've already replaced the charge spoon saddle that had been on at least two bikes and had split across the middle underneath

I'd post a pic of my knee but it wouldn't show the internal damage, or pics of my wrists that wouldn't really show the carpal tunnel.

Bikes are in good - immaculate order
