Should I be concerned

It doesn't look like a crack, its just an untidy weld where they have come round and overlapped the end of a weld running the other way, it should have been dressed up......

It is indeed a "deep weld" ?? It had got full of crud (not sure how it hadn't happend before ) amused the mechanic at my bike shop anyway. A stiff bristled paintbrush and all good.
