Only in Italian threads , still need to check out my stock of headsets .

I weighed this at the weekend and on clinchers it tipped my fishing scales at just under the 10 kg mark .

Italian headsets fit UK uk frames , the TPI is the same it's just the way the threads are cut.

was thinking of using my current nuts on the new headset but colours might not match so will keep looking or go with a Silver tange one

Bit of rootling in the garage and I have found a Shimano 105 Headset that matches the calipers fitted and it should clean up nicely enough.

Ironed out a few niggles so thought I'd give this a longer ride this morning , all went well .

Next problem is to either add a rear mechanism dropper or swap the existing one for a longer cage one so as to allow the biggest rear cog to be selected.

I think longer cage - it would go against the intention of dropping weight by drilling holes to then add a hanger (me being anal )
