If you can't try them on the best thing is to measure your feet and ask the seller to remove the insole and give you the measurements. Works for me everytime. Going up one size in not always a good ide as it depends on the model. I found sidi diablo narrow compare to Shimano M075.

Have a look at these (below) I know that they're not one of the 'usual' brands but I bought some of these and I have to say that they are brilliant. The quality is superb, the soles are super stiff and they fit beautifully. They have a nice rounded shape at the front to allow good toe spread. I would normally take a 43 or 44 in a normal casual shoe and I found the 44 in these to be a perfect fit. Delivery time was astonishingly fast too!

You will also save a packet on the price of Shimano shoes which personally I think are hugely overpriced.

Just ordered a pair of Nova 2: the guy in the shop was most helpful.

NB You're best off ringing the shop or going through their Ebay shop, as the prices on their website are higher.
