Keep Calm and OMG.......CAKES!!
I have a set on my bike and have no problems with them.

They are a tad heavier than a normal pedal and I find that the cleated side will tend to swivel to the underside sometimes when I unclip at a junction

Having just undergone some knee trauma I'm a bit concerned aboutthe twist required to unclip from my Mavic sprint pedals. I am considering the shimano combo 324's MTB type SPD on one side and flat on the other.

Not sure how much float on the SPD's and if they'll fit my road shoes anyway?

Any ideas, suggestions welcome

I use Shimano SH56 Muli-release cleats they release much easier than standard cleats.
