I've just finished installing a Di2 upgrade kit onto my Cannondale. Nothing works!! Using the SM-BCR2 the connections are all ok. Battery is charged according to the charger but the charged light does not come up on the junction box when a lever is pressed. Pressing gear levers has no effect. What should I do? Apart from taking it back to the LBS of course.

A bit obvious, but are ALL the connections properly clicked into position.
My right shifter stopped working for no good reason after a week. Took bar tape off and the connection was in it seemed, but not clicked right in(must have worked loose, somehow) anyway, I used the shimano tool clicked it in and all was well again.
Failing that, maybe the battery is faulty if you have never used it. I installed my straight out of the box and it just worked.
Hope you get it going because it really is a great system and easy to set up aswell. Since I got mine I haven't looked back. Gear changes are precise, light and accurate and the same every time. Especially front derailleur shifting.
Good luck!

Have you upgraded the firmware? It depends a lot on what components you've got , can you give us a list? e.g. Internal, external, shifters, e-wire etc etc
When I did my first one we found that the TT shifters I was using at the time basically stopped the whole thing working until the firmware was manually upgraded.

As states above, I would imagine it is a dodgy connection. If you take it to the LBS they should be able to put it on the test rig and trace any problems. The most likely suspect will be the connection at the levers. They are easily pulled out when the bars are turned if they do not have a little loop of cable before the connection. Shimano show this in their set up diagrams.
