Serious cyclists shave the legs as it makes it easier to clean road rash, there are no other benefits from a sporting point of view.

Maybe a pink blouse and a thong on your next cycle ride too ... "REAL MEN" don't shave their legs unless it has a sporting value such as in swimming for the Olympic team.
I thought that this post was a joke but I am not so sure now.
