Sharing a Garmin route on facebook

I'm trying share a map of the ride i just did on facebook from garmin connect. I see the share icon alongside of the export icon but the share icon is unlit and doesnt work when i try clicking on it.
Any thoughts?

I know it is a bit long winded, but you can upload to map my ride and post it from there (sorry if eggs and Grandma are applicable).

Thanks...yes I could do that, same with a few other sites...most of which seem better organized than Garmins!
Seriously, for a ne garmin user my experience of their software has been 100% negative. It's not user friendly at all imho and they need to sort it out.
Ride with GPS works form the get go as they say...why doesnt garmins???

If i recall correctly you have to make your maps public on an icon near the FB share icon, then you can share it on the the Book Of Face

Edit: on the anylize page/tab at the top there is a padlock icon/drop down. Make that public then share.

Just tried it. When I select share on facebook, it says please "wait while we download image" but does nothing.

Yup, exactly what I get..

I've just tried it on my iPad, which is prettY shoot at nearly everything and it worked. Click the padlock, share with "everyone" then click share and a drop down box comes up with the different SM choices, choose FB, sorted. Bosh. Tuesday.

Ah right, good point, don't have that on the Pad of I.
