But are any of these Connery shots actually in the films? It feels brave to say that Bond has never ridden a bike, but all the stills I've seen look like backlot off-camera cruzing.

From the colour of the house brickwork, probably the wrong end of the country though. I see he's managed to grab an Apollo just like I've done several times but he's had to settle for one with boingy forks. Hopefully just as a mechanical donor rather than to actually ride.
