Of course some members have posted pics of themselves over the years and that kind of removes the need to attach an "imagined" image. I sometimes think it might have been more fun to imagine.

By the way, when I read @HMS_Dave 's posts, for some reason I read it in the voice of Matt Berry as Steven Toast. Probably because he sounds like he's seen it all, he tells it as it is, and he conducts himself with a bit of decorum in a mad world. He's also probably considered a bit old fashioned by some.

@Oldhippy screwed up my image of him I had for a long time until he revealed his age recently.

In my mind I assumed "woodstock" , care free, used to have a Harley, had dozen or more kids along the way that he was not aware of, grew pot, lived in Brighton and voted green, shared a home with fiery Vanessa Redgrave in Greenwich decades ago, member of Workers Revolutionary Party etc.

However he always posted sensibly so I had my doubts.

Definitely care free, had a Harley (sh*te), never did dope, spent years avoiding a proper job and worked in music, Brighton and London way to busy for me to live in. 😁
