Set of commuter wheels for under £100?

700C, I use Marathon Plus 28s or 32s, 8 speed and rim brakes, weight 100kg and often have my 20kg son sat in the middle - are there any wheelsets for under £100 that aren't made of jelly and would fall apart quickly?

Anything more than that and it's more cost effective for me to buy a used bike (Boardman MTX 8.6 for £250) what with all the other components I need to replace, which is a shame as I'd rather fix up my current ride, but I would donate the frame to the local bike coop if I didn't need it any more.

I bought their 27.5 wheels last April and have not been disappointed. They're a little on the heavy side but they've taken a real hammering including several tyre bottoming impacts and they're still running true.
