Where would be the best place to sell my existing bike?

I've had luck with eBay a couple of times but you'll lose 10% in fees (and more if Paypal) - don't set the minimum too low

Gumtree is also worth a go as it's free, and being in London, lots of potential buyers

Depending on what it is, you could try the Classifieds here - what are you selling?

I've got a Cannondale Caad8 105 2011, only ridden it 4 times. I've got into Mountain biking.

I'd put an ad in the Classifieds here, reckon someone will take that off you very quickly

I paid £899 and put some shimano deore pedals on at £75, its a 54 inch frame, £650 it's probably done about 50-60miles

Yes have receipt from Moores cycles in Isleworth. You reckon £650 about right price?

Sounds pretty good, could perhaps try for £700...won't get that bike for under £1000 in 2013 guise for sure

yeah id say between 650 - 700 would be a fair price depending on condition of course

ridden 4 times means its not new it depends how fast you want to sell it but all things depreciate when used and between 650-700 is a fair price for that bike check on gumtree and ebay and you will see 2012 models going for similar prices

A bike is only worth what people are willing to pay for it.
At the price of a 2012 model in the shops..... Im really not surprised they sit on ebay at 500 quid,
