Count me out, I know the place very well.

I spent a weekend in a tent in Lincolnshire this August. It was quite nice. In fact it was so nice that the friends we camped with are considering moving there. It's one of those counties that seems to have become a little lost in time in places. The cinema we took the kids to had an organ that played in the interval, for example.

Unfortunately Skeggy is a bit far for a ride from Glossop. I'm torn between Lincoln and Gainsborough at the moment. Lincoln's nice I'm sure but it's a bit of a cliché. I'm thinking I'll see the "real" Lincolnshire by cycling to Gainsborough
