Going along an open cycle friendly road, saw two other cyclists coming towards me chatting, one of them no handed; me and them are the only people on the road, no- hander starts drifting towards me. I can now see why he's no handed, he's rolling a cigarette! just as he's about to crash into me I shout "watch yourself jesus christ or words to that effect , "eh sorry mate" was the reply; I despair................

I think some of you guys get wound up over very little. I wouldn't bat an eyelid at that. I don't think there's anything wrong with someone riding no-handed.

If he's confident in what he's doing, which he'd have to be rolling a cigarette, then he's probably still got more control than most cyclists I see using both hands, wobbling all over the road with no lights and no regard for the rules of the road.
