Running a bar/cafe/coffee shop (Dutch style) with snacks, pastries and cakes, near a beach/beauty spot by a road popular with cyclists/beach users with live bands playing a few times a week.
No formality, no yobs, no families, (crying or naughty kids), no problem!

Whenever I'm cycling out in the sticks during the summer, I quite fancy the idea of owning a small farm with selection of animals and a farmhouse warmed by a wood burning stove.

In reality, the remoteness and the long, hard winters put me off.
