Seatpost Clamp Woes & Question

We need a picture of the (shouldered?) bolt next to the frame.

A clamp round the actual seat post sounds like the best idea as posted way back if the bolt isn't bottoming out..

Very true but not on a brand new bike boss

Carbon pastey stuff came yesterday so I'll use that tonight and see how it goes at weekend.

OK all stripped, cleaned and put back with carbon assembly paste on the post.

Set up and ready to ride at the weekend, watch this space............................
