A Brooks made from rubber Sacrilege !!!! Buy a B17 - it's cheaper and better [leather] and will adapt to fit your bum {OK I know some don't like 'em but if you are buying a Brooks get a real one].

It is a real one all right. Still got that old school vibe about it but brings it a bit more up to date to go with these modern bikes. B17 is the next on the agenda for my steel machine

I have a B67 (wide with retro springs) on my ebike and a B17N on the tourer. Both are as comfy as anything I have sat on. However, I have had Brooks saddles in the past and found them hard work. But at that time I was 3 stone heavier, and I think that is a big factor. Also your fitness: the fitter you are, the more you push with your legs and the less you are a dead weight on the saddle. And of course there is the issue of toughening up your bot. So a newish rider, with little fitness and too much weight (which describes me in the past) is always going to find it difficult to find a comfy saddle.

I have several Charge Spoons plus a Brooks B17. Arses for courses is my opinion

+1 , i prefer a narrower flatter saddle , cant really get on with the spoon

From pictures I've seen it looks like quite a good seat, only time will tell
