seat post rack /pannier rack help please

Sorted , eventually !
Priced match the rack+ bag but tried to charge me for two of each , good job i was awake .

Taking the farking lot back !
I have never had so much trouble sorting a rack an bag out , the rack sits too high so the back barely fits under the seat and the weight feels to high, i will be looking into p clips to attatch an old rack and stick with what i know .

Exchanged for their basic rack that fits , works with the old bags and used remaining vouchers for a new chain + cassette .
