After about 25 miles of ridding my seat clamp becomes slightly loose causing a creaking noise. I've tightened it up several times with a bike multi tool and pretty tight. The clamp has a little white arrow on it which I assume points towards the front? How tight should the clamp be? Anybody know a torque or is there something I'm missing? It's a Wilier Montegrapper road bike.

I'd go for about 6nm. That's the recommended torque on my Wilier Izoard. Not sure about the white arrow as Wilier have a habit of putting a Halberd head on just about every component so it could be that.

Can I get carbon assembly paste from any bike shop?

At the moment my bolt for my clamp goes across where the slit it for the seat post on the frame. Is this incorrect?

Quite easy to overtighten these and break the bolt. They probably don't need as much torque on the bolt as you think.
