Seat height help please

I have tried various methobds from the 109 %, lemond method etc etc and intersetingly enough i found that my ideal height for me is heel on pedal which comes out 1 cm over the 109% and 4 mm over the lemond method and comes out as right with the cobb method of inside leg .889

I'm just on tip toes now - cycling home seemed a lot better and easier and only forgot once that I was a lot higher it but soon became second nature to drop off the seat when i came to a stop and I didnt have to keep scooching (real word?) back onto the seat as I was cycling, I might go a tad higher when I'm used too this height

best to go up a little bit at a time now till you find the sweet spot for you , only a couple of mm can make a huge difference., if you need any more advice just shout as i think your local to me ?

Thanks for the offer of help, will let you know if I need any, I might take it up a another few mm but planning on going clipless pedals soon so might leave till after then.
