Like others, these came on my Synapse (25mm). The rear lasted about 50 miles before it split and halted a weekend's enjoyment. The front is still on the bike after about 500 miles but has lots of cuts. I wouldn't buy them given the choice.

Hi again.
Thank you all for your views on this tyre. I manage a run out on my new tyres today and covered around 25 miles on them. My first impressions to them where how smooth and comfortable they where compared to the ancient Michelin's I previously had. There was slightly less road noise to them as well. There slightly lighter than my old tyres and I didn't think that such a small weight saving would make a hoot of difference to the ride but I think it made the bike a little more responsive. I was going to get some slime tubes for them but I quite surprised by how much heavier they where compared to a standard tube. Just holding them in your hand and comparing them you could feel the weight difference. Just so long these new tyres don't puncture or self destruct in the near future, I would at the moment highly recommend them to others.
Take care all out there
Johnny

Another Cannondale user here and they were on my bike too - ran for miles and I can only remember getting one puncture using them in four years!. Have now turned my Cannondale into my winter bike so put on a set of Marathon Plus - boy, are they slightly harder to push around lol

Well, @johnnyb47 you are discovering that ride quality and puncture resistance is a balancing act. More of one often means less of the other, so you choose which is most important to you. The Luganos give a very good ride quality. Duranos are one step up in puncture resistance, and have nearly as good a ride. My wife likes her Ones, but I have not ridden on them. Personally, ride quality is more important to me than puncture resistance, but I am fortunate in that I only ride for pleasure and being an OAP have plenty of time. I would see things differently, I am sure, if I was commuting.

I'm currently using Continental All Seasons on my S-Works (which is my summer commuter) .... I'm quite impressed with these when I compare them to Durano Plus, which my my tyre of choice for winter commuting. They roll pretty fast if you keep them pumped up, last long, and grip well (my summer choice is Continental Grand Prix 4000 SII
