I thought they had already saved Herne Hill once, but it's under threat again.
We had a couple of CC group rides there over the summer and they were great fun. 15 of us on an empty track, paying less that £10 each for a couple of hours was great value, and I'm sure we'll be doing it again next summer if it's still open.
From what I heard it was often very busy during the summer months, so I don't see why they can't make it into a viable business.
Not to mention the history behind the track, it would be a huge loss not just to South London but the whole country.
