I just do not understand this decision. I know I have said on here before that I have a soft spot for this team so perhaps I am being overly defensive, but it makes no sense to me that Liquigas and Crédit Agricole are permitted to take to the start line while Scott are not. Why - because they withdrew their team from the Tour while Liquigas didn't? How does that work?
