Got up early to binge watch Andor season 2 new episodes in peace and quiet 
Hands , back and knee aching this morning so need to get some more anti inflammatories when i drop off mrs ck at work before i do the tip run after last nights shed clearance . I did want to do some more floor stripping of the old tiles in the kitchen but it depends on how the hands feel later .
Then i will be peeling the spuds for tomorrows sunday roast as mini ck 1 kidney disease means she cant filter potassium so we have to soak spuds 24 hours.
After that i am dad taxi taking kids to a family birthday party at a bowling ring so i will be sitting around bored most of the afternoon .

Too much pottasium can cause a heart attack , she has a restricted diet and takes a lot of tablets ,Kidney function currently at 24 % ,when it drops to 15 % eventually you go on dialysis and transplant list .

A bit of a Lionel (Messi) start to what looks like a grey dreich day, no details but one can fill in the blanks when I say no bedding got contaminated. Which is nice. Washing machine is now active.

Lateish start this morning but I’ve put out the recycling, put the suitcase back in the top of the garage and polished my shoes. Slipped off the healthy eating regime a bit last night by consuming half my body weight in chocolate biscuits. Might need to do some exercise to compensat.

I'm about to test my kidney function as I've just had a second cup of coffee.
Slowish start to the day, Mrs. 666 is doing stuff in the garden and we'll head out on the usual dog walking odyssey this afternoon. Need to check the bike over later as headed out with a mate for our weekend jaunt tomorrow. May watch footy later.

Fairly routine day. Walk this morning while the weather was decent, did some skirting board fitting this afternoon just to maintain a semblance of progress on that job, then a turbo ride for an hour, cruising a byway somewhere in Kansas. Yes, Dorothy!
Mr WS burned a pile of dried garden waste this afternoon, so keeping a check on it this evening to ensure it doesn't flare up.

just cleaned 2 bikes and found the back tyre on the commuter is flat , i thought i had a slow puncture yesterday as it was a bit soft so took the inner tube and found the hole which is now repaired and letting the glue set.I also replaced the tyre as the last couple of miles of my commute is on a stone / debris strewn cycle path that i have had many a flat over the years so after maybe 6 months although the tyre tread is ok for depth the tyre has many cuts .

Awesome run with pals around Ullswater, they did well considering the ale last night, probably best I left there pod before cracking open the run.
Finished run, took some cider into the sauna and kept coolish every so often by jumping off the jetty.

well that was a waste of time
kids went to bowling party for cousin and showed no interest and kept disappearing , in the end i had to make an excuse as they just walked off .
they wanted to go to burger king for tea but eldest will not go into sit down so they had drive thru whilst i drove home and now just having sarnies for main meal as im too hungry to mess about cooking.
i had planned a short ride today but cant be bothered now .
