I assumed that the walking accident and the cameraman are both drunk football supporters. (I might be wrong, I'm not omniscient.)

The motorcyclist is a pillock as its clear the drunk pedestrian is an accident waiting to happen, yet he hasn't slowed down until its too late. It appear the range rover (or whatever) behind him has clocked it and has slowed right down.
