I have never had the batteries in my reflectors go flat ;)

Nor have I walked out of a shop and found a young urchin trying to steal my reflectors xx(

Nor indeed, have I packed spare reflectors in my back pockets. :laugh:

I don't see why you would want to remove reflectors. They can only help and certainly can't do any harm.

I also have to add that I was out last night on the bike and seen 4 cyclists from a huge distance simply because of their reflectives. Their lights were drown out by the traffic's headlights.

No reflectors here either

3 front lights+ 2 rear lighst + 2 more rears on panniers + 1 more rear flasher on helmet

And hi viz windproof

The lorry driver said he didn't see me yesterday when he nearly ran me over ;)

i dont have reflectors on but i do notice that when i am driving and see them they are remarkably bright and wonderous things.
The other things that work brilliantly but look a bit dorkish are those sam browes made out of reflective material. i dont have one of those eiither.....

I kept the bell on the hybrid as I do the odd shared path as part of my commute.Also rear mudguard has a built in reflector.
Road bike has no reflectors but plenty of lights.
Plus usually ride in something with reflective on it,ie-shoes,jacket,gilet.
