The San Marco Rolls obviously has its fans - I got it on recommendations as an alternative to a Brooks leather, but found longer rides excruciating on it.
I've tried several different gel ones and a fizik arione (awful!) and finally come back to Brooks B17s (narrow and standard on different bikes) as my best choice for shear sittability on long rides. Yes they have their issues in the amount of attention they demand, but I've not found anything better for my backside.
