As long as I breathe, I attack.
Are your Bib tights a good fit? any bagginess or loose material will cause chafing. Good fitting bib shorts (or bib tights) chamois cream or similar and a decent saddle (not the budget heavily padded armchair looking things) should do the trick and a few hours gettting 'saddle fit' should do it.
+1 to this
I have been getting bunching and tracked it down to a couple of pairs of shorts i have that are a size up to the rest .

Shot, Over!!
Hi all, I'm needing some help in seat adjusting with the possibility of changing seat. Currently I'm cycling between 25-50 miles 3 times a week. I've started to chafe quite seriously in the creases at the top of my inner thigh/gentlemen's area on both sides. I've stopped wearing underwear with my bib tights. My sit bones really start to ache after about 20 miles. My ride is a Carerra Subway. I'm thinking about adjusting the seat rearwards or maybe bar ends, both will stretch me out slightly. I guess my category of cycling is leisure/pootling along but getting a sweat on and feeling like I've worked when I get home. This current situation really spoils things and at the moment I simply just want to get home, no enjoyment whatsoever. Please help!!
Did a gentle 10 miles this afternoon and the sit bones are only very slightly achy. I spent a wee bit time preparing with plenty of vaseline in the creases between the tops of the thighs and my lads..... SORTED!! Thanks for all your suggestions.

I'm sore at the moment, but have no skin issues, it's just my sit bones that feel very tender. I need to readjust my new saddle again, it was slightly better on the last two rides, but there's still that one spot that hurts on each side. I need a few days off I think. Last ride was Thursday, gonna try some arnica cream on the areas which feel bruised, see if that helps

I bought a few saddles in the sale at xmas, and a quality light road saddle got me 80 miles to Berwick fine. However a couple of days later, unpadded I was barely able to sit on the bike !

So, I switched to a double the weight Selle Royal Alpine. It was immediate bliss so as yet, I have not tried my other new saddles. The OTT praise on Amazon is about right but it has one downer in addition to weighing 450 grams that its supersoft skin is very delicate and is easy nick/ tear.

One of the best buys was my spoon charge saddle. Looks wise it was near identical to the bog standard one fitted by Halfords but the past couple of weeks have proved that it is so much more comfy.

Padded shorts are a must I bought a pair off amazon which have a great padded chamio not gel but thick foam. I too have double up with a second cheaper pair of leggings when it's colder which helps for longer rides. But as others have said sudocrem for any tender parts after the ride and I use a small tub of vasaline pre ride for the more delicate parts.

Comfy armchair to one person & a plank to the next
Padded shorts are a mustn't for me. I wore some last weekend for the fourth consecutive long day cycling. The consequential irritated lumps are only just gone today (ridden every day since but one, all in civvies: 55 miles, 55, 6, 12, 0, 46, 6).

I tried the Spoon, Charge and a load of other cheapos.
In the end went to a Specialized dealer and spent an hour trying different seats out.
You get 30 days to return it for credit to another seat if not happy.
I ended up with an Oura Expert - yes a womans perch but it suits my weird man bum bones !
What also helps is playing around with saddle height and flipping your stem to alter the reach. You may be putting too much weight on your backside.
