No, I think your computer's in just the right spot......the sadle however looks like it could go back a bit, and up a bit.It also looks like you've got an adjustable stem which could be lowered, pushing your handlebars away a bit, which will help to make for lazier less twitchy steering and also take some weight off the saddle. If you find that with the saddle as far forward as you have it and the stem adjusted like it is gives you the only comfortable riding position, then the frame is too big.
