I have a Specialized Romin Expert Evo and am happy to thoroughly recommend it. It is important to get it set up in the right position first though. I found that moving mine forwards slightly and angling the nose up a little really helped. I had somehow moved it and it was getting very uncomfy at one point. Now it's great.

Specialized concept stores have a arseometer which measures your sit bones and ensures you get the correct width saddle, well worth getting measured and getting the correct saddle. I've been measured

Oh that was the thing you kept sitting on over and over again with a little bump in the middle

It was weird, suddenly I needed less padding. A harder saddle solved it.
Same happened to me, after almost a year with a gel saddle, never had a problem. Suddenly it became the most uncomfortable thing ever, had to get a slimmer, harder one.

if i could "butt" in here....i'm on my 3rd saddle now, tried a charge spoon, not for my liking, now i use one with a cut out, a lot more comfortable for me. the part in your middle between your b...s and your a..e, just seems to slide in that groove, but as many ppl have said, personal preference.
