I did 3 weeks pretty much on my back after the angle grinder, I know the feelings too well.

Yer its not good. Before the opp on my knee i could not even have my leg touched and walking on it forget that the first time I tryed I had tears running down my face. But after the opp grate i could do it all but bend it.

Thank God for the op then, all sounds deeply unpleasant the crash included!
I only needed 12 stitches.

In the KMX pic the trike was still set up for a guy who was 5' 4 and I'm 6' 2.
All adjustments were made after the pic was taken.

I wish I had 11 stitches 13 butterfly in my leg and 11 in my head not good
