S-works Tarmac SL5 Disc build

Good afternoon guys,

I have been given an S-works SL5 tarmac frame. The challenge is to build a bike. This is something I’ve never done 😳
The frame has come with a seat post, head seat, uncut steering tube, Bb30 bottom bracket (no idea what this is) and 24mm chainset reducers...

so

where do I start? What do I need to purchase? What would you do?

It depends what you want to build. Personally I’d buy a used Shimano 105 5800 groupset, DT Swiss P1800 or Mavic Ksyrium clincher wheelset and you’ll end up with a nice useable bike without breaking the bank.
