with regards to cleaning your chain, has anyone used one of these?

chain cleaner


it is far cheaper than the park tools one. will it be crap or will it do the same job?

Unless you want to replace the cassette as well you will need to change the chain anyway. I change mine every 900-1000 miles, if they were all dry miles you can get away with more.
