I used Bupa's version of Couch to 5k. http://www.bupa.co.uk/running/training/training-programmes/beginner-5km/

Pretty similar, but they also do programmes for other distances and for different levels, so once you can run your 5k you can look at getting faster or training for a 10k or half marathon etc.

The NHS have podcasts of the Couch to 5K (NHS Couch to 5K) which you can download on iTunes. The podcasts have music and prompts for the walking and running sections.
