Lineouts aside I don't think we played badly, just not enough possession but that was more because South Africa were immense at defending, though I feel their line is so high they must be offside every time! Not much we could do about the scrums, total mismatch.

As a neutral I saw a decent SA put aside a Scotland that couldn’t work the lineout, or the scrum, and kept losing possession in open play.
That is a very strong SA team. Awesome. The pack is the best in the world by some distance and they have pace at the back. I look forward to them playing France and Ireland. Scotland did pretty well but are not quite at the level of the top four.
The ref let a lot of marginal head, neck contacts and shoulder charges go. A bit inconsistent with the decisions England have had.
