Frankly even if we lose we have still done better than everyone thought

Sorry but have they got the score the wrong way around or not put all the Zsa scores up? I've just turned it on as they came out after half time and it's 12 - 6 to England. Is that right?

No matter what, I never thought it would be that way around at half time. Are England playing well or SA poorly? I had written off their chances a while back but I still watch like I think they have a chance. Its why I can't watch England live. I'm off, back to hiding behind the sofa with the sound off hoping, just hoping!

I once knew a French lass but I still want anyone but France winning. My gran's ancesters came from Wales but jeez, I can't support them! Noway! No how!

Scottish I can support, indeed always hope that one day they'll get a really good team together. Getting close I reckon.

Well, that was closer than it had any right to be. England never showed any sign of scoring a try but then they stifled SA well, until the last 10 when fitness showed. Those 3 points given away seem important now!

Wow. Well played England, best performance from them in years.

SA clearly struggled with the conditions, Borthwick played a damn fine game of chess - great game plan - and the Boks were not at their imperious best. Still, they ground out a win and they can only be applauded for that 'never say die' attitude that they have.

AB's vs Boks next week should be a classic!

Did anyone think England would finish that close? One point away like France but lower score. Did England stifle the better team better than France? Did we deserve to be there in hindsight after that game?

It was the scrum substitutes that was n the game.

In more ways than one. When SA brought their new front row on I thought England could have stuck with Marler and Cole for a while as they had been doing well and deserved the chance. Genge and Sinkler couldn't quite hack it.
Sometimes coaches seem too rigid on their tactics of bringing substitutes on at set times.

Cole and Marler are old men.
They would have been knackered.
