I row each day as I work away and have limited gym use
It certainly tones and works a lot of muscle groups
I use treadmill on incline to reach my fat burn zone
Cheers for the replies everyone. Sounds like it’s worthwhile getting one then. Just need to clear some space in the garage.
Not aiming to put on a huge amount of bulk, but would be nice to tone up quite a bit.
First ride in 3 weeks tomorrow, after my incident with that idiot. Hoping not to have been a huge setback but will be more than happy just to be able to ride tbh.
go for concept 2, I have one, log on to concept rowers and they e-mail 3 different workouts each day ,start easy and work up to the harder ones as you improve use mine while the weather is crap,
