I have just ordered a bike from Decathlon.......RockRider 8.1.
On the forks they are clearly shown as RockShox Silver.
The young guy who served me was very nice/polite but I have reservations re' his tech' knowledge (better than mine but that doesn't say much)............as he thought Sram where a model of Shimano gears.
At the bottom of the right fork there is a small 'knob' which turns and which I think is a 'damper' (in which case I have to find how/why to use it). He tells me it's for pumping more air in????
I dont think they are air forks.
Can someone advise please and tell me what the knob is for-thanks
Incidentally the tech' spec' on the Decathlon website is below
New Rock Shox RECON Silver TK 100mm fork. Remote Lock out at the handlebar. Effective rebound adjustment and lockout with a half turn of the lever.
Thanks
