Nice warm (for November, T-shirt warm in fact!) ride out this morning - one dead squirrel and one squashed flat sparrow, I think? Surprisingly no badgers for a change, though I kept clear of the main roads this time.

Live wildlife included a weasel that streaked out of the hedge on one side and disappeared into the hedge on the other side of me... and a farm cat, idly staring at me as I cycled past.

Seems to have been a lot of dead squirrels recently.

Very smelly fox, rabbit and a squirrel seen on my ride today.

Dead muntjac and a squished weasel (it must have gone POP!)
Spent a couple of rural trafic free miles in the sun this morning with a Red Kite 30ft above me, that was lovely.

The weather this morning was really nice! Sun was out, no wind and a blue sky! Got out for a cycle road down country roads, but only saw cows.

On the subject of roadkill, there has been a dead badger by the side of the road for the past month on my daily commute.. I sprint past it now, as it has really started to smell.

1 dead deer, 20 or so live ones, a couple of dead squirrels and yesterday I saw an Alpaca watching me cycle past the field he was in.

Today I saw about a dozen pheasants and about half a dozen ducks....to be fair, we cycled past some guys who had been shooting. It wasn'ta nice sight, but they were nice fella's.
