Do you currently have a bike?
If so, measure all the critical distances
- saddle to pedals
- saddle to bars
- saddle lay back from bottom bracket
- handle bar drop
- etc
Then take the measurements and tape measure into the shop and compare.
Get the smallest frame which will give those measurements, without excessive seat post & stem.
