Road Bike

Hi, Can anyone help ?

I am looking to buy a pre-owned road bike, Size - small to suit 5'7"
Not sure about specification but a triple chain ring would be prefered, any help/advice would be appreciated or if you know of a bike that's going please drop me a line.

Or maybe think about a compact chain set .

Also do you need rack points / or use p-clips etc ?

No carrier points needed.
