I've just been out on my road bike, and intend to do so all winter, unless there's snow and ice. The only thing I need to put away for the winter are my cycling shorts - need some tights pronto :cold:

After boasting about using my road bike, feeling a little guilty after a wet and hilly 25 miles this morning left it looking like it had been on a muddy mtb trail! So bad, I even gave it a quick once over with the baby wipes and some bike cleaner (v.unusual for me!)

Re shorts/tights, I will prob have to do the same but my legs, as they are the bits moving, don't tend to feel the cold. Noticed today that most of the cyclists that were riding a Sportive event in the opposite direction to some of my route had their legs covered this morning but it's still mild down here in Kent. Unusually for me, my toes went a bit numb in the wet today, so maybe some overshoes for me.
