Off the back of this, I've only just found out that the company Norbert Dentressangle is no more
Fingers crossed for Prestons of Potto 🤞

That saves me asking as well, they had some kind of depot/hub about 8 miles down the road from me at a place that I used to pass regularly for work, this thread made me realise that I'd not seen a Norbert for quite a while.

Apparently way back when, Stobarts decided to get into European haulage big style, it never came to anything as Norbert Dentressangle threatened to do return loads to Britain for £1, Eddie Stobart backed off as they knew they couldn't compete as Norbert Dentressangle were part owned by the French government! I think Norbert Dentressangle became GXO Logistics
