And an even better idea.Go into a couple of shops and ask to sit on both of them.I am sure this will not be a problem.When i wanted the Spesh Secteur Elite.The bike shop had one sent from another store.When he wheeled it out he asked did i fancy a ride in the car park.i said no i will buy it.Just like that.I knew it was right just looking at it.
But i had asked Bigonabianchi about his bike.He is around my sizing.He was spot on.

No way on earth does he need to sit on a 21" to see if it's the right size, it's simply too big.
