I've often thought that I quite enjoy a 'Chinese' meal as a treat for dinner/tea (depending on geographic location)

What do Chinese people have for tea?

I'm not in China so I don't know.

But I have just had eggs in red wine sauce, followed by pig offal sausage. It was chuffing awesome. really. The best meal i've had for two years easily.

plus 1/2 a bottle of good red, 26 euro.

how come the french do it so much better?
