Riding with a dodgy tummy

Well I started the holidays on a mission...trying to make sure that I rode everyday. First 7 days were awesome and I got a fair few miles in. Then disaster! Not sure why but got the trots (sorry for sharing)...didn't go out for the last two days but thinking that today I might just bite the bullet and do a few loops close to home.

Good idea or leave it until things are back to normal?

With diarrhoea, avoid fruit, juice, milk, rich or spicy food etc, I'm sure you know that :smile: if concerned about dehydration I'm not sure I would cycle unless absolutely necessary especially as the weather is warmer (well at least in London)
