+1 to the advice given to both folks above - you shouldn't be experiencing any numbness at all - I think the old fashioned idea was to grin and bear it /be a man-woman about it, but it needs to be sorted pronto.

To the OP, it's long been my impression that the saddle should essentially be flat and that raising the nose to push you backwards is not a solution - in fact that may be causing your numbness. The pressure if you want to call it that should be on your sit bones - a bit of pain there isn't a disaster - you can experiment with different shorts/pads etc and and maybe saddles. But any more delicate parts, take note.

I used to suffer from numb nuts back when I was serious 20 years ago.

I have sperm issues that mean we cannot have kids.

DO NOT LET THIS GO ON!

I have the same bike and found i was quicker with the stem flipped (bars lower), but it wasn't comfortable over longer distances , so the stem was flipped up again. At no point have i experienced numb nuts. I would point the saddle down a bit and possibly lower the saddle.
It sounds like you changed too many things all at once. The experienced riders (not me) will advise to make small changes to the riding position and one change at a time.
