No but other manufacturers do like Genesis, assuming he can access other retailers
I didn't know Ribble had steel either in their range (not that I've looked so closely)

She is called Ned on account of her resemblance to a Flandria Ribble sell the frame for about £175 which IMHO is a bargain.

I've got a Gran Fondo with ultegra and its great. You can also get a mudguard on with a 25mm tyre, i used Crud road racers.
