I have now had my knee replaced but the surgeon said I wouldn't get more than 90 degree bend at best I only have 70 degrees at the moment and am having physio.
I had a TKR end of 2019 and you can get past 90 degrees if you put the effort in.
I started off on an exercise bike an kept lowering the seat.

Don't give up.

The surgeon said as I have had 4 operations on that knee within a year and he could only get 90 degree bend during the operation he didn't expect me to get more.

I am seeing the physiotherapist this Thursday.

I had a total knee replacement on the other leg 2 years ago and can get 120 degree bend on that one but this one didn't go so well

Thats not good, mine was my first and I guess relatively young (54 at the time) so a lot less complicated than yourself. Good luck 👍
