resetting a Garmin 200

Lol nice one Rob. Next question though I got 1 ride that won't delete off the unit ? Just deleted approx 70 rides but one won't go bloody technology

What happens when you delete?

Nothing i go on to the highlighted ride >settings >delete>ok then it goes back to the list and its still there. Its the only one its been transferred off the unit to my pc as its on my dashboard.

Try, deleting via your pc, then empty the recycle bin on the pc while it is still plugged in. Sounds stupid but sometimes it works with USB storage devices! Use to have that problem with an old camera.

That wont remove all trace of it though would it ? i wanna keep a record of it as its my pb.

Plug the Garmin in, open it as a generic USB storage device via "My Computer" open up the folder Garmin, Activities and then you should see the file in there.

I am not talking about deleting it from your pc or Garmin connect/Strava or whatever, just from the actual Garmin device, via your pc.

Normally id like to ask the question "how do you know that" ? However i fear your answer would be wasted on me
